Comer Industries will be exhibiting at bauma 2013, the International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines, Construction Vehicles and Construction Equipment, that takes place from April 15 to 21, 2013 at the trade fair grounds in Munich (Hall A4, Booth 123-212).
Comer Industries’ products that will be introduced at the Munich exhibition are the result of the execution of a range of renewal strategies covering axles, wheel drives and heavy duty track drives.
Comer Industries’ commitment towards R&D, as well as its 25-year experience in developing specialized off-highway axles, has resulted in a deep redesign of product lines, supply chain and manufacturing, carried out through a dedicated NPD team that adopts APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). The customer field tests lasted several months with gauged and monitored vehicles and multiple OEMs had already planned to introduce the products in their Tier 3B and Tier 4 vehicles. At bauma 2013 these machines, equipped with Comer Industries’ axles, will be on show: Liebherr Compact Wheel Loader (Stand 809 to 813), that has been nominated as a finalist in the “Design” category in the bauma Innovation Award for its innovative content, Terex Genie Lift GTH telescopic handler (Stand F7.710/711) and Neuson 6503 wheeled excavator (Stand F9.909/911).
The top products on display at bauma are the series of new-generation axles starting from S-228, which delivers the highest braking and efficiency performance for the category. For heavy-duty track drives, the company will showcase the PGRF-7003/11003 for track mobile equipment (crawling forestry machines, drill rigs and excavators, compactors, cranes) and for winches or milling applications, which represent compact, flexible and robust solutions.
Other products on show will be the planetary drive PG-3503PR for crawler cranes and drilling machines, characterized by a compact output that provides high performance for maximum torque and loads, axle S-128 for application on compact telehandlers and wheeled excavators, planetary drives PG-503PR, designed for tower rotation on cranes and PG- 954PR, for use on concrete pumps.
