Pressure Systems International reports 21% increase in sales for 2013

Pressure Systems International reports sales of its automatic tire inflation system were 14% higher than forecast, for an overall sales increase of 21% in 2013.

Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) completed 2013 with record sales of its automatic tire inflation system for commercial vehicles. Annual sales for the company worldwide exceeded forecast by 14% and resulted in a 21% year-over-year increase.

Throughout 2013 P.S.I celebrated its 20th anniversary supplying automatic tire inflation systems. The company was the first to recognize the benefit of this technology for commercial trailers, and during the year honored 12 trucking fleets that played a significant role in its success. Today, the Meritor Tire Inflation System (MTIS) by P.S.I. has the greatest share of North American fleets that use automatic tire inflation systems with approximately 36% of all new trailers being equipped with the system. P.S.I. also markets its automatic tire inflation system in 41 countries currently exporting to China, Europe, South America, Africa and Australia.
