Mike Postma has been named President of Webb Wheel Products' OEM Business following the promotion of Chad Plank to pursue targeted strategic growth opportunities for Marmon Highway Technologies. Webb Wheel is a member of Marmon Highway Technologies’ (MHT) Brake and Wheel Ends business.
In his new role, Postma and his team will focus on growing the company’s trailer OEM business. Additional capacity will soon be completed at the company’s Tell City manufacturing facility increasing volume throughput and scheduling flexibility, which will support the planned future growth. Jason Gerding, Group President MHT Brake and Wheel Ends comments, “I am confident the team led by Mike will take advantage of the production upgrades we have added to fully support current customer requirements and at the same time pursue and land new business. Postma joined MHT in 2006 as Assistant Controller before becoming Group Controller for Marmon-Herrington and SISU Axles based in Louisville, KY. In 2012 he was appointed President of Marmon-Herrington’s Aftermarket business unit. Postma graduated with a BA in accounting from Hope College and earned his MBA in Managerial Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
