Comer Industries introduces the PGR 18000 series of purpose-built track and slew drives specifically for the excavator market. 

• For excavators in the 80-100 ton size range
• Features three planetary drives and wide range of ratios
• Can be equipped and supplied with plug-in 300+cc, two speed axial piston motor
• Optimized for high-volume excavator markets
• Uses high-strength monolithic housings capable of accepting hydraulic components of the motors while also withstanding the high mechanical loads required by the application
• Delivers high power density in a cost-effective package
• Features alloy steel shafts and gears, spheroidal cast iron housings, and custom materials for output pinions for use in extreme climates
• Use of monolithic housings saves material, reduces weight, assembly time, cost and overall footprint when compared to modular designs
