Cooper Gray Robotics Selected for IDTechEx EVES Launchpad at Electric Vehicles Show

Cooper Gray's electric powered, radio controlled machines and control systems will be displayed at IDTechEx's Electric Vehicles event, as well as participate in the show's EVES Launchpad highlighting innovators of electric vehicle technologies.

Cooper Gray Robotics LLC announces that it has been selected to participate in the EVES Launchpad as part of IDTechEx’s Electric Vehicle Show to be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center November 16-17, 2016. The panel of judges assessed entries' applications based on technical advancement and audience interest, and chose 10 innovators to participate in EVES.

Cooper Gray Robotics will present its line of electric powered, radio controlled skid steers (ROEBL) along with the underlying patent-pending technology, a universal command architecture for radio control of heavy equipment. This hardware/software system can convert many machines currently used in construction, forestry, mining and farming into full radio control with minimal customization.

Paul Cooper, CEO of Cooper Gray Robotics, is a long-time electric vehicle advocate, as well as a successful construction executive and he sees the approaching development of driverless, Smart Control vehicles and electric power systems as totally complimentary. “The move toward greater efficiency on the smart job site includes the development of smart machines that both reduce operator error and risk and energy efficiency reducing the carbon footprint through electric drive. These concepts have moved from fantasy to reality and Cooper Gray is proud to be a leader in demonstrating the practicality of this approach.”

Cooper Gray Robotics will be launching its radio control universal command architecture, the next step toward Smart Control, in the near future. OEMs and equipment operators are encouraged to contact the company for more details.
