Liebherr presents its in-house developed and manufactured engine control unit, ECU3.

• Completely revised for new generation of 11.2 common rail systems
• Provides all-in-one system comprising all control functions for the engine and exhaust gas aftertreatment
• Ensures compliance with common off-road emissions guidelines Stage IV and Tier 4 Final, as well as the on-road regulations Euro V and ISO Euro VI
• Fulfills specifications of various standards including ECE R10, ISO 26262 and ISO 13849 for functional safety
• Features freely programmable I/O customer interfaces and supports internationally common communication protocols like J1939, XCP and UDS
• Optimized cooling concept ensures air cooling is adequate for most applications
