Trimble announces the release of Trimble LOADRITE L3180 SmartScale for wheel loaders.

• Uses weighing intelligence to analyze load, machine and its environment using solid state sensors for more accurate, precise and faster loading
• Connects machines and devices for collection and syncing of loading data via built-in Wi-Fi and GPS connecting to InsightHQ quarry reporting portal
• InsightHQ consolidates live, operational information from Trimble LOADRITE devices on loaders, excavators and conveyors across the site, to provide near real-time productivity and performance reports
• Features smarter weighing, smarter data management and smarter interface
• Intelligence in weighing software and new hardware gives operators of all skill levels ability to load faster and more productively 
• Includes digital CANbus sensors for noise immunity and ground slope compensation as standard
• Offers in-cab key performance indicators (KPIs), including ton/hour, tons and truck count to enable operators to monitor performance and achieve daily targets
• Features 5.7 in. (144.78 mm) touchscreen display, which is twice the size of previous generation scale displays
• Colorful graphics, cleaner interface design and touchscreen allow for faster menu navigation and interaction
• Loading information detail can be customized by each operator to match workflow
