Yanmar Holdings Co. Ltd. will become the majority partner in AriensCo through a new strategic partnership between the two family-owned companies.
AriensCo, based in Brillion, Wisconsin, will retain the Ariens family as a significant stakeholder, with the family continuing to lead operations and strategy. Both companies will maintain their existing brands, teams, manufacturing and distribution networks.
The partnership will combine Yanmar's engineering and production capabilities with AriensCo's North American and European operations as the companies develop equipment technologies focused on automation, artificial intelligence and electrification.
