The Military Vehicles Exhibition and Conference (MVEC) focuses on the latest advancements within the realm of military vehicles and is sponsored by the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA). The conference is an opportunity to unite military and non-military professionals: R&D and engineering specialists, OEMs, program management, suppliers on every level, service providers as well as DoD agencies, logistics personnel and academics.
The goal of the conference is to discuss the latest materials, manufacturing processes and sustainability initiatives involved with military vehicles. Development, sustainment and survivability are just a few of the main issues being discussed over the two-day conference and exhibition.
For 2012, MVEC had new initiatives emphasizing international buyer attendance, a pavilion of smaller security vehicles and accessories, and a pavilion focused on vehicle RESET.
