MANN+HUMMEL IQORON VP 25 Two-Stage Air Cleaner

The MANN+HUMMEL IQORON VP 25 is a two-stage air cleaner which is suitable for tight installation spaces.

• Target applications include construction and agricultural machines, cargo handling equipment or other machines which work in conditions with a heavy dust load
• Features nominal volume flow rate of 25 m³/min
• Includes new type of filter element which is based on VarioPleat technology and a key part of the compact design
• Filter element enables housing concept with a new design for the clean air port, allowing air routing to the engine which is considerably shorter than competitive products
• Filter element features high filter surface area and excellent use of installation space with a simultaneous low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity
• Features improved efficiency of the multi-cyclone block
• Pre-separation efficiency higher than 90% is achieved with scavenging and a slightly lower pre-separation efficiency is achieved without scavenging using a dust discharge valve
• Can be installed both in a vertical or horizontal position
• Robust design of housing and element offer high stability and temperature stability
• Offers user friendly servicing concept from the side and fastening system
• Optional extras include a number of sensors which can be fitted to the filter
• Can be used as a single-stage air cleaner in which case the multi-cyclone block is replaced by an intake hood
