LF14000NN lube filter with NanoNet® media continues to evolve to meet the performance requirements of Cummins X15 engines

The top section is the StrataPore® media which handles approximately 60% of the total oil flow while bottom section is the multilayer NanoNet® media filters the remaining 40%. Oil flows through both StrataPore and NanoNet portions of the filter, with StrataPore media providing low restriction and instantaneous protection from any damaging larger particles while the NanoNet media prevents accumulation of the finer particles in the oil. This media combination yields a perfect balance of protecting the engine from larger damaging particles with removal of finest particles through oil recirculation.

Cummins Filtration has refined its Fleetguard LF14000NN combination lube filter for the arrival of newer engine platforms including Cummins X15 engines, introduced last month.
