Shaw Development Names New CEO

The change comes after the resignation of the former CEO.

The Board of Directors of Shaw Development has named Lane Morlock as the company’s new president, CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Morlock succeeds Kevin Hawkesworth, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Morlock was formerly the company’s chief operating officer and joined Shaw Development five years ago. He has 30 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, including management roles with Raytheon, Ford and General Motors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from South Dakota State University and pursued graduate studies in business at Seattle University and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

“Lane is a seasoned industry leader and his broad experience with Fortune 500 manufacturers will serve the company well,” says Chairman of the Board James Culkar. “We look forward to the continued growth and success of Shaw Development and serving our customers with excellence. The Board is appreciative of the contributions made by Kevin during his tenure with the company.”
