Evans Cooling Systems announces that Two Guys Garage will feature Evans waterless coolant in an upcoming segment to be aired on the Speed Channel beginning Monday, May 21.

The primary purpose of an engine cooling system is to keep metal temperatures under control. For the past 100 years or so, water has been the default ingredient in coolant; all the other chemicals and additives are mixed in to cover for the shortcomings of water. The additives fall out of solution requiring the constant upkeep and replacement of the fluid. Corrosiveness, low boiling point, vapor pressure, electrolysis, and cavitation erosion are just some of the flaws that owners have learned to live with. Evans Waterless Coolants, formulated for automotive, heavy-duty and powersports applications puts an end to living with these limits. As a truly lifetime coolant, once you convert to Evans, you're done; there are no more maintenance or cooling failure issues left to deal with.

"Our coolant really does perform as stated," reports John Light, head of the Powersports Division for Evans. "Our Evans waterless, non-corrosive coolants provide benefits not obtainable with traditional water based coolants."

Two Guys Garage provides viewers with information on new technologies and how-to advice for working on their vehicles. One of the hosts, "Willie B" has experience racing motorcycles at the pro level and has used Evans in the past in his car racing efforts. The show is broadcast nationally on the Speed Channel with the premier of the episode highlighting Evans Coolant showing on Monday, May 21 at 10:00 PM ET. Some rebroadcast dates are: Tuesday, May 22 at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 23 at 4:30 PM, and Monday, May 28 at 10:30 PM. Also watch for Evans' newly signed motocross team JDR Motorsports KTM at the hot TX National AMA Motocross race on Saturday, May 26.
