Mark Larsen named Senior VP, Equipment Division, Alfa Laval Inc.

Mark Larsen was appointed Senior Vice President, Equipment Division of Alfa Laval Inc. in February 2012. In this role, Larsen is responsible for driving consistent profitable growth, and developing new sales opportunities for the faster paced and more transactional business of Alfa Laval in the USA. His charge includes leading the sales and marketing efforts for the sanitary processing equipment, OEM engine and transport, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration, and industrial manufacturing, metalworking and machinery segments of the company’s business.

Larsen joined Alfa Laval in 2002 as Vice President of Alfa Laval Inc.’s sanitary business segment. He was named Senior Vice President, Hygienic Division in 2011, where he was responsible for the sales efforts for Alfa Laval’s sanitary, life science, food and vegetable oil business segments in the USA. He has served in that capacity until this most recent appointment. Prior to joining Alfa Laval, Larsen held progressively responsible sales and marketing related positions at Wilden Pump and Engineering and Eastman Kodak.

Larsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, a Master’s degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Escuela Superior de Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ESADE) in Barcelona, Spain. Larsen is based at the Alfa Laval facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
