Designers of hydraulic systems will have the opportunity to learn how to design safe, reliable and efficient hydraulics from a leading expert at the next National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) Educational webinar, to be held on May 17, 2012 (Thursday) starting at 2:00 p.m. Eastern/1:00 p.m. Central.
Safety, reliability and efficiency by design
Presenter: Jerry Carlin, Chief Engineer, Eaton Corporation
Safety and design guidelines in industry are nothing new. But the latest edition of ISO 4413, Hydraulic fluid power–General rules and safety requirements for systems and their components, builds on past standards and expands its scope to incorporate the requirements of the European standard for the safety of hydraulic systems and to cover mobile machinery. This webinar will show how using ISO 4413 can help designers create safe, reliable and efficient hydraulic systems.
The webinars are free to employees of NFPA members. For those from companies that are not members of NFPA, there is a $50 charge per webinar.
