The National Fluid Power Association's (NFPA) Fast Track to Fluid Power program is a workforce development initiative designed to connect the fluid power industry with the next generation of talent. Through partnerships among two-year colleges, high schools, middle schools and NFPA member companies, the program introduces students to fluid power through hands-on learning, industry engagement, relevant technical education, and direct exposure to career opportunities.

Known as Fast Track Hubs, these collaborative networks are established in seven states across the country, creating pathways that connect education with industry and help develop a skilled future workforce.

NFPA's Fluid Power Days, with events scheduled through the end of the year and into 2027, features events designed to introduce students to academic programs, scholarships, and industry resources, with career insights, experiences and advice from NFPA member companies.
