Power management company Eaton announces the release of its ESV9 Series of proportional solenoid cartridge valves, designed to provide superior control with optimized linearity.
- Less than 7% hysteresis
- Provides broad ramp rate for greater resolution and ease of use
- Utilizes optimized dual spring design so spool is more highly controlled than single spring designs
- Size 10 version is four-way, three-position screw-in cartridge and is available with either a type closed or float spool configuration
- E-spool type solenoid valve has all ports closed in de-energized position, suiting moderate flow applications
- Features rating of up to 22 lpm and up to 250 bar
- Available with manual override
- Can be fitted with or without IP69K compatible “L Series” Large ToughCoils
- Available in 12V or 24V direct current coil voltages, with or without a diode
- Various housing materials (steel or aluminum) and port sizes available
- Can be used in place of Eaton’s industrial-rated, high-flow KDG4-V3 valve series, providing a more cost-effective, general-purpose solution
