Sales of Class 3 to 8 trucks were up 28% in May. During the month, 51,839 trucks were sold, compared to the 40,570 trucks sold in May 2011. May 2012 sales numbers were also 15% higher than those of April 2012.
Class 6 truck sales, however, were lower than 2011 numbers.
