New figures from Wards Communications show medium and heavy truck sales rose 10% in September compared to 2014, but down 4% from August.
Class 8 truck sales rose 4% compared to September 2014 while Class 7 sales were up 5%.
For the year so far, sales have increased 11%, with Class 8 sales up 20% and Class 7 sales up 8%. Every class has seen an increase in sales in 2015; Class 1 and 8 have had the biggest increases so far this year.
