Converting Vehicles To Use Alternative Fuels

Hendrix Industrial Gastrux of Illinois has been converting vehicles of all kinds to run on alternative fuels for over 50 years.

Since 1954, Hendrix Industrial Gastrux (Hendrix), a family-owned business in Mundelein, IL, has been converting vehicles to use alternative fuels.

At the beginning, Hendrix supplied propane conversion systems for forklifts. Today the company converts gasoline engines on a variety of vehicles to run on propane as well as other alternative fuels such as compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied petroleum gasl (LPG).

Hendrix has converted engines in generators, industrial equipment, free-standing lawn mowers, fleet vehicles, and many more.
