Curtiss-Wright’s Industrial division has launched the WM-554, a compact, lightweight and cost-effective electronic suspended pedal from the brand family of Williams Controls.

Features a non-contact, Hall-effect sensor that can be factory-programmed for dual analog output (APS)
Provides smooth driver operation
Available with a standard pedal travel of 19 degrees
Lever arm and mounting bracket can be customized to assist installation and optimize driver ergonomics in the vehicle cab environment
Features product life of 3 million travel cycles
Operating force is between 17N (idle) and 35N (full travel)
Robust, durable design enables high static load capability
Environmental protection to IP67 ensures suitable for use in exposed operator cabs
Lever arm and bracket can be customized to suit specific vehicle designs
Features 5V DC supply voltage, including electronics that are fully compliant with industry-standard electro-magnetic emission regulations (SAE J1113)
Highly ruggedized and lightweight construction through use of corrosion-resistant, coated steel mounting bracket and high-strength composite plastics for body and pedal arm
