We were thrilled to speak with Alfred Klein, CEO of RAFI USA. He discussed the Flexscape haptic operating elements, which Klein feels is the future of in-the-cab technology. Rafi can add buttons or haptics to a screen, allowing it to become more than a touchscreen. End users can use the buttons or dials often without looking at the screen.
