Topcon Precision Agriculture (TPA) announces a full range of precision displays to the market with the recent introductions of the X14 and X25 consoles.

Harlan Little, TPA Product Planning Manager says, “From the full-featured, premium X30 console with 12.1 in. color 3D touchscreen, the powerful new X25 with 8 in. color 3D touchscreen, to the entry-level X14 with 4.3 in. color touchscreen, Topcon now offers a solution for virtually any user on any operation.”

The Topcon X Family consoles all feature a touch-screen interface and run on the same Topcon Horizon software, which is designed to bring industry-leading performance and ease-of-use to virtually any size operation seeking to use precision farming to improve operational efficiency and reduce input costs.

Little says, “Now having a ‘family’ of innovative, touchscreen consoles allows Topcon to offer both hardware and software at incremental price points and feature sets. By allowing users to choose the solution based on their needs, it increases the value proposition to them.

“We often think the progression is to start low-end and proceed upward as needs grow. This is not necessarily the case. The scalability of Topcon solutions allows the customer to have an X30 for seeding and variable rate, while at the same time owning an X14 for basic guidance and coverage on his spinner spreader. The X25, our newest console, becomes the ‘bridge’ for the customer who wants an economical solution, while still desiring the ability to add value as the features become accepted or as needs grow.”

The X Family offers ease-of-use and modularity with all of the consoles supporting the industry-leading Topcon AGI-4 receiver and steering controller.

“The Topcon X Family is the perfect choice for customers who want solutions today that will allow them to still gain value in the future. That’s a far better value proposition,” says Little.
