The Carlisle DLH17004 series brake is a hydraulically actuated, dual leading shoe drum brake. This brake is well suited for low speed, high torque service conditions.
- Two straight bore, double acting wheel cylinders contribute to balance of forces within brake and maintain uniform torque
- Commonly mounted on axle bolt circle
- Includes replaceable anchor pins
- Brake linings are 1/2 in. thick and bonded to cast shoes
- Wheel cylinders available in 1 1/2 in., 1 3/4 in. and 1 7/8 in. sizes
- Easily accessible manual adjusters
