The Carlisle Brake and Friction SCL70 series brake is a spring applied, hydraulically released (SAHR), single opposed piston, caliper disc brake designed for medium to high torque ranges.

  • Both the caliper and disc require fixed mountings
  • Multiple calipers may be used on a single disc to proportionately increase torque output
  • Flexible mounting alternatives are possible to accommodate numerous vehicle types
  • Equipped with linings
