GN 816 And 816.1 Steel Locking Plungers

J.W. Winco Inc. announced it now offers series GN 816 and 816.1 Steel Locking Plungers.

• Features threaded body of zinc-plated, blue passivated steel, stainless steel plunger pin and spring, and zinc-plated steel lock nut
• Knob and sleeve are technopolymer plastic (Polyamide PA), black matte finish, and are not removable
• RoHS compliant
• Pin of 816 plunger protrudes in rest position; to retract pin, pull knob up against spring force to final position and turn it 90 degrees to lock pin in retracted position
• Normal position for 816.1 plunger, is a retracted pin; to make pin protrude, push down to final position and turn 90 degrees to lock pin
• A type with key is available for both versions and is required to move plunger in same manner as knurled knob type
• In key version, cover sleeve provides additional security and safety from unauthorized removal of locking plunger
