Vesconite Bearings has introduced its Hitemp 150 which is an internally-lubricated polymer material known for its high temperature tolerance, low friction qualities, wear resistance and reduced maintenance.

Available as rods, plates and bushes in easily-machined raw materials, or as customer-specified finished machined parts
Replaces need to lubricate bronze screw conveyor hanger bushings every six months, which costs time and money
Designed to operate continuously in wet or immersed conditions up to 250 F, and in dry conditions up to 300 F
Highly abrasion-resistant, unaffected by alkalis and impact-resistant, qualities needed throughout agriculture, and within the sugar industry especially
