ESP International, a global company, serving OEM off-highway equipment markets, announced the acquisition of Texas Seal Supply Co. of Arlington, TX, as of February 1, 2019. Texas Seal is a seal distribution company that serves the Industrial OEM, Aerospace and Oil & Gas markets that has provided quality seal products and services in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana region for over 40 years. Texas Seal is strategically located off the George Bush Highway in Arlington, TX, and is well positioned to assist existing Texas location service customers throughout the Southern United States. With these two organizations, ESP has the opportunity to look at how best to leverage its resources to better serve customers.
