Omni Powertrain Technologies introduces a series of parallel shaft gearboxes which address cost, performance and packaging needs for electric vehicle applications in the off-highway industry.
- Applications include use in turf equipment, mobile elevating work platforms, material handling and general construction equipment
- Provides continuous torque output from 200-3,000 Nm (147.5-2212.7 lb.-ft.)
- Offers choices in reduction ratios from 15:1 to 60:1
- Helical ground gears are included in the drives to offer reliable and quiet operation
- Gearboxes can be combined with axial flux motors from Omni Powertrain for complete drive system with compact package form
- Air or WEG cooled motors can be supplied with an IP67 rating
- Continuous power output of 2.5-44 kW (3.4-59 hp)
- Motor and gearbox combinations can be tailored to meet OEMs requirements
