GKN Wheels’ 51- and 57-inch Giant Mining Truck Rims feature improved profile structures without adding unnecessary weight for increased fuel efficiency. The rims are designed for use on a wide range of mining equipment, including quarry haul trucks, large mining trucks and other specialist applications that use large mining tires.

• Features standard five-piece rim/wheel for tubeless operation
• Circumferential weld joints are inspected for quality and integrity
• Includes reinforced bead seat band and back section
• Forged and seamless ring material is used for critical components
• Features heavy-duty lock ring
• All primary components made from various high-strength low-alloy steel (HSLA)
• All critical surfaces fully machined
• Includes continuous tire tool pocket feature
• POSI LOK flange design reduces flange slippage
• Rim profiles comply with two or more of the following standards – TRA, ETRTO, JATMA and ISO
• Available with 51 in. and 57 in. diameters and 22 in. to 60 in. widths
