Bosch Rexroth has developed electro-hydraulic hitch control (EHC) for tractors up to 80 hp. EHC-8 was developed by Bosch Rexroth in India in close cooperation with a leading Indian tractor producer, and will start series production in the first quarter of 2014.

  • Meets special demands in emerging economies for cost-effectiveness, functionality and ruggedness
  • Helps reduce fuel consumption and significantly raise productivity, safety and operator convenience
  • Automatically controls preset working depth without any driver intervention
  • Greater precision also permits tilling soil at depths which would not be possible using wear-prone mechanical controls
  • Reduces slippage and significantly prevents drive wheels from losing traction
  • Lowers fuel consumption and tire wear
  • Helps protect soil
  • Raises driving safety during trips between work sites
  • Active vibration damping system prevents pitch on tractors fitted with attachments and improves handling in critical situations
  • First series application features control panel integrated in armrest of driver's seat
  • Few rugged rotary knobs of system can be operated one handed
  • Draft sensor of top link sensing system is fitted high up to protect it from water when tractor works in paddy fields
  • Modular and space-saving design
