Deep Sea Electronics DSEM643 Off-Highway Controller

Designed to provide a sophisticated level of programmable control, the DSEM643 controller from DSE can be used independently for smaller applications or to expand the I/O options of its larger brother, the DSEM640.

• Based on the open platform CODESYS 3.5
• Can be tailored for specific uses across multiple applications
• Ruggedized aluminium die-cast housing and passes stringent EN, ECE and ISO testing for shocks & bumps, vibration, salt spray, EMC and electrical safety etc. 
• E11-R10 type approval
• Can be affixed directly to the vehicle chassis
• Operates at full load in widely varying climatic conditions from -40-85 C 
• Incorporates a specialized breather to equalize pressure and reduce condensation whilst maintaining the IP67
• I/Os are fully configurable with inputs offering digital and analogue capability and outputs offering digital, PWM and PWMi capability, with current monitoring on all channels
• 32 bit microprocessor with a 220 MHz clock speed and 4 MB of application memory
• 4 independent CAN interfaces are available, each one compatible with J1939, CAN Open and Raw CAN
• Ethernet is provided both as a program interface and communication channel
• Compatible in-cab screen/display options are available to provide a complete range of operator functions
