CGL Manufacturing and Unimacts Global Form Strategic Alliance

As of June 12, 2019, CGL Manufacturing Inc. of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and Unimacts Global LLC of Boston, MA, have formed a strategic alliance to leverage their combined global manufacturing footprint. The companies will focus on highly specified metal products for industrial applications used by customers in the following industries: material handling, construction, forestry, rail, mining, heavy truck, wind, solar and military. The product capabilities include machined castings, fabrications, and assemblies from a global network of owned and supplier partners locations in Canada, the United States, China, India, and Eastern Europe. The partnership will enable customers to leverage the combined expertise of both companies and all the companies to share engineering, quality management, business development personnel, supplier partners and manufacturing locations. The strategic alliance will enable global OEM customers to receive a consistent high quality and low-cost solution, anywhere in the world from a single large stable supplier.
