Thomson Industries has launched the first phase of its all-new online catalog, making 3D CAD models of many of its popular products instantly available to customers. Built by CADENAS PARTsolutions, the configurator enables Thomson’s customers to configure products on the fly and download a 3D CAD model of that product directly into their native CAD system, right from Thomson’s website.

With products now available on its online configurator, Thomson has also improved customers’ overall digital experience. The online 3D catalog builds the product model on the fly, allows the customer to download the product in over 100 different file formats and speeds up the configuration process, allowing the engineer to spend less time waiting for parts and more time designing.
