DEUTZ Corporation has expanded its North American service network through the acquisition of G&T Truck Repair, a commercial truck, cargo tanker, and equipment repair provider servicing Northern California and Western Nevada. The transaction closed June 1, 2026.

The acquisition is designed to strengthen DEUTZ’s support for customers through expanded service capabilities and increased regional coverage across a strategically important Western market. G&T Truck Repair, based in Applegate, California, provides inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for commercial trucks and cargo tank motor vehicles, as well as aerial, hydraulic, and light equipment.

Under the agreement, DEUTZ Corporation will continue to operate the G&T Truck Repair brand from its current location.

"G&T Truck Repair is a strong addition to the DEUTZ service network and aligns with our long-term growth strategy across the U.S. market," said Spencer McHugh, Head of Americas, BU Service. "G&T’s technical expertise, customer relationships, and service capabilities strengthen our own ability to support customers across commercial vehicle and equipment service markets while continuing to expand the reach, scale, and capabilities of our service organization."

Founded in 2008 by George Boeger, G&T Truck Repair transitioned from a small independent operation into a regional service provider utilizing a team of technicians and service specialists focused on equipment safety and efficiency.

"This acquisition represents an exciting next chapter for G&T Truck Repair," said Boeger. "DEUTZ shares our commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and supporting customers the right way. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to continuing to grow together."

By combining G&T Truck Repair’s established customer base with the broader DEUTZ service organization, the company aims to deliver more comprehensive maintenance, diagnostics, and field service solutions across the Western United States. The move reinforces DEUTZ’s continued investment in building a connected service network focused on delivering long-term customer support for its diesel and natural gas engines and energy production offerings.
