Cummins Filtration announces the release of the Fleetguard Industrial Pro FH239 Series duplex configuration engine filter.
- Allows for maximum equipment uptime with ability to service filter elements while engine is still running
- By shutting off one side, fuel is routed to opposite side of unit, enabling used filter element to be removed and replaced with a new one
- For off-highway engine applications
- Capable of at least 500 hour service intervals and available in an assortment of configurations (single, dual and duplex in both short and tall sizes)
- Self-priming port provides easy maintenance by enabling users to simply spin off vent cap to pour in fuel and restart engine
- Includes proprietary NanoNet nanofiber media which has a filter efficiency of Beta 200 (99.5%) at 6 micron and Beta 1000 (99.9%) at 7 micron throughout service interval
- Incorporates the all-in-one “Seeing is Believing” fuel processor from DAVCO - clear cover tells users when NOT to change filter and offers window into fuel system to see fuel conditions and flow
- Features optional inlet/outlet fuel hose connections, priming pump and low restriction check valve that eliminates loss of fuel prime when draining or changing the filter
- Optional Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensor is also available, as well as fuel heating options in 12 or 24V pre-heaters
- B20 Biodiesel compatible to ASTM D6751 and EN14214 fuel standards
- Up to 44% weight reduction compared to FH234 legacy series
- Up to 9% less flow restriction compared to FH234 legacy series
- Features 67% increased media area to ensure greater engine protection
