FPT Industrial marked its presence at the 2018 edition of Intermat not only with its booth (Paris Nord Villepinte, Hall 5A) but also with CNH Industrial sister brand CASE Construction Equipment.

FPT Industrial brought to Paris its lineup of construction-dedicated engines, to show their perks and benefits, including their pre- and after-sales services. As a lifecycle solution provider, in charge of developing engines in all its aspects, FPT Industrial can respond to any customer need.

With this same approach, FPT Industrial also supported CASE Construction Equipment, which took Intermat as a chance to unveil new products. On this occasion, in fact, CASE Construction Equipment presented the new 821G Waste Handler and the 921G Waste Handler, both powered by FPT Industrial engines that deliver a max power of 230 hp and 255 hp respectively. FPT Industrial also exhibited two of its engines together with CASE Construction Equipment, one in their booth and the other at their Customer Center outside Paris.

For its new products CASE Construction Equipment chose best-in-class features, the efficiency and the reliability of the NEF engine family, whose advantages are proven by the 1.7 million engines produced since 2011. The engines mounted on the CASE Construction Equipment Waste Handlers being presented are FPT Industrial N67 engines, which are compliant with Stage IV emission regulations; the engine exhibition in their booth, however, is a Stage V engine. The F34 engine, which was shown at CASE Construction Equipment’s Customer Center just outside Paris, is also compliant to Stage IV.

This engine is the one that CASE Construction Equipment is currently using in its applications, such as on the Compact Wheel Loader and Skid Steer Loaders. Therefore, visitors at the Customer Center had the chance to view these applications and the engine inside of them at the same time. In general, the F34 engine features a 3.4-L displacement and state-of-the-art technologies able to deliver the perfect combination between high performance and small packaging. This compactness comes together with a Common Rail Injection system and a power that can reach 125 hp, while the maximum torque is 500 Nm. Furthermore, the F34 features low maintenance costs and the FPT Industrial patented HI-eSCR aftertreatment system, which allows to reach Stage IV emission compliance.
