Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will highlight an integrated compact hydraulics portfolio at iVT Expo USA 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, taking place Aug. 19-20, 2026. The companies will feature solutions designed to improve machine performance, efficiency and control for mobile equipment applications.
The exhibition follows the acquisition of HydraForce by Bosch Rexroth, which integrated the company into its Compact Hydraulics Business Unit. The combined display will focus on technologies that simplify setup and tuning for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) modernizing existing equipment or developing next-generation machines.
“In today's rapidly evolving mobile equipment market, OEMs need a trusted partner who has the expertise to help solve complex challenges,” said Jean-Pierre “JP” Zola, director of sales, North America.
Hybrid and Transmission Solutions
The company will showcase hybrid hydraulic system solutions that merge modular screw-in cartridge valves in a manifold with stackable compact directional valves (CDVs). These scalable, space-saving solutions are intended for construction and mobile machinery to provide greater precision and flexibility.
For transmission optimization, the display will include:
- HydraForce TS90-G34 — A pilot-operated reducing valve now available with a low leakage option for high-flow shifting applications.
- Bosch Rexroth DRE05SK — A direct-acting cartridge valve designed for high-flow capacity, fast response and stable operation.
Load Management and Control
The portfolio includes load holding valves engineered for mobile machines such as mini-excavators, loaders and agricultural machinery. These valves are designed to reduce wear and enhance operational stability.
Additional control solutions on display include the HydraForce EHBL valve, an electro-proportional relief solution that offers flow capacity up to 454 l/min to reduce energy consumption. For applications requiring high safety and control, such as aerial platforms and forklifts, the Bosch Rexroth EDG-OBE piloted compact directional valves provide integrated electronics for modular precision.
Digital Monitoring and Software
The collaboration also extends to digital maintenance and electronic control. An oil condition sensor, developed in partnership with Tan Delta Systems, enables real-time monitoring to support proactive maintenance in agriculture, construction and mining environments.
For machine control, the companies will demonstrate:
- EVDR-1206A General-Purpose Valve Driver — A twelve-output, six-input controller for proportional valve applications in complex equipment.
- HF-Impulse 2.0 — A development platform that simplifies controller setup and programming through a C++ editor and structured text editor.
The booth will also feature a full line of compact power modules (hydraulic power units) providing continuous power for scissor lifts, trailers, forklifts and dock applications.
