Power management company Eaton announces the launch of two Winner series polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hoses in the EMEA market.
- For demanding applications where temperature and chemical resistance, high flow rates, low friction coefficient, flexibility and nonaging characteristics are essential
- Available in conductive (EC-TW) or nonconductive (EN-TW) variants
- Thin-walled, smooth-bore and durable design
- Suitable for wide variety of industries and use in applications like alternative fuels, chemical transfer, electric cooling, engines, and on- and off-highway vehicles
- Meets and exceeds SAE 100R14-A/B and SAE J517 standards
- Qualified with Eaton fittings—including E-Series and FC Series (Aeroquip) crimp fittings
- Features 304 stainless steel outer braid and PTFE inner tubing
- Withstands continuous flexing and vibration with low pressure losses
- Rated for continuous temperatures from−54-236 C (-65.2-456.8 F)
- Working pressures up to 207 bar (3,002.3 psi)
- Includes broad chemical resistance, high flow rates with a low friction coefficient, strong aging resistance in application and unlimited shelf life without becoming brittle or flaking
