With the takeover of two business divisions of HOERBIGER Deutschland Holding, HAWE Hydraulik is entering new markets and applications and at the same time significantly expanding its product range. HAWE Hydraulik thus acquires a sales volume (2018) of € 64 million and integrates 320 employees.
As of 1 May 2019, three new companies will emerge from the purchase, which will fit seamlessly into the HAWE Group. HAWE Altenstadt looks after existing customers in the Machinery and Mobility segments, while HAWE Micro Fluid looks after customers in the Medical and Rides segments. In China, HAWE Hydraulik Systems (Wuxi) will take over the previous local activities. In addition, all products are now available to all HAWE customers in a joint product portfolio that ideally complements each other. These include compact (DC) hydraulic power packs in a cost-efficient design, valves and pumps in the small volume flow range (NG3) and proven customer-specific system solutions for the target markets of presses, medical technology and marine. The global sales and service network of the HAWE Hydraulik Group is now being consistently integrated into the new product range and thus offers professional and reliable support in all target markets.
