Kaman Announces Appointment of New General Sales Manager

Kaman announces the appointment of Matt Schatteman as General Sales Manager of the Catching Fluidpower division.

Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation announces the appointment of Matt Schatteman as General Sales Manager of its Catching Fluidpower (Catching) division reporting to Tom Weihsmann, Vice President Sales - East. Matt will succeed Rich Guminski who announced his retirement after 43 years of service. Matt will be responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic sales goals of the Catching division. He will lead the sales efforts of the Automation, Hydraulic and Connector product groups. The systems, operations, information technology, steel division and customer service functions will report directly to Tom Weihsmann.

Prior to joining Catching, Matt was a part owner of Progressive Hydraulics, a family-owned Parker distributorship in New Jersey and New York for 16 years and most recently a Hydraulic and Connector Territory Manager for Parker in Rockford and the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.  Matt resides in DeKalb, IL, with his wife and six children and will be based in Bolingbrook, IL.
