Up to $6 million will be allocated by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for performance data collection and analysis of fuel cell electric vehicles. The purpose of the project is to see how the vehicles perform in the real world and determine ways to lower cost as well as improve fuel cell durability.
The DOE is looking for applicants who can design and implement these monitoring projects as part of a 50% cost-shared program.
