Grayhill Series 3D50 Touchscreen Display

Grayhill Inc. has released its Series 3D50, a 5-inch touchscreen display for construction and agriculture vehicles.

• Combines powerful processor with VUI Builder software tool for developing custom graphics, messages and gauges 
• Features intuitive touch technology to select objects and swipe through screens
• Advanced touch sensor automatically recognizes between bare and gloved hands, even when the display surface is wet
• Utilizes 5-inch backlit WVGA LCD, enabling high contrast text and graphics for sunlight readability
• Scratch-resistant, anti-glare window is optically bonded to LCD for protection and enhanced optical characteristics
• Uses Grayhill’s VUI Builder software tool for easy integration with an ECU
• VUI Builder is used to create screens and graphic objects that display real-time gauge data, alert messages, clocks/run meters, diagnostics, maintenance information, machine setups and operator instructions
• Can be used as simple terminal to display objects direct from the vehicle's ECU, such as fault or service messages
• Using the touchscreen, operators can select information they want to present from the objects and screens loaded in the flash memory or sent from vehicle ECU
• Development kit includes flush mounted display that seamlessly integrates into any cab design
• Available in three standard configurations: with RS-232, USB and 1 CAN port; with the addition of a second CAN port, 2 video connections and I/O; and with the addition of a projected capacitive touchscreen
• Built for rugged conditions and harsh environments common in agriculture and construction vehicles, and meets appropriate ISO and ANSI specifications
