EAO adds a range of Local Interconnect Network (LIN) Bus devices to its Series 09 range of products, including the LIN Bus Switch Panel and Universal Switches.
- Provides lower cost alternative to CANbus message-based communications protocol
- Targeted toward driver/operator control applications in trucks and buses, and in specialist vehicle adaptations such as fire engines, cranes and more
- Nine-switch sub assembly is quickly and easily connected up before being clipped or screwed into position
- Configurable switch assignment allows range of back-illuminated standard ISO 7000 or custom symbols to be configured to meet individual vehicle requirements
- Switch Panels can also be ordered with optional red status indicators
- Meets IATF 16949 specifications
- Aids in-cab control of driver/operator comfort features such as ventilation, air conditioning and seat heating as well as important security functions such as Reset, Lock & Unlock
