At the bauma exhibition in Munich April 15 to 21, Hall A5 – Booth 133, Oerlikon Segment Drive Systems, with its two brands Oerlikon Graziano and Oerlikon Fairfield, will showcase its high-tech solutions for all types of demanding construction machinery applications.
Drivelines for Motor Grader machines
The GA rear axle system is a new generation of motor grader axles specifically designed with a complete tandem box. Wet disc brakes are fitted outboard on each wheel hub: this optimizes braking performance, eases cooling without overheating issues and satisfies all safety regulations. The axle portfolio of Oerlikon Graziano for grader machines consists of five different models to satisfy all possible needs of the customers and fulfill the requirements for motor graders from 7.8 to 20.5 tons machine operating weight. All Oerlikon Graziano models are in mass production over several years for different leader manufacturers, with excellent performance and reliability.
Shifting solutions
More than 1,000,000 synchronizers produced for agricultural tractors, construction equipment, passenger cars and trucks. World leader in synchronizers for agricultural tractor applications, with a complete range of diameters from 62 mm to 170 mm and single, double and triple cone solutions. Powershift clutch units designed, developed and tested based on customer specific applications, fitted on every power-shuttle and power-shift agricultural and construction transmissions, they provide vehicles with improved drive comfort, shifting and efficiency.
Large CT drives
Oerlikon Fairfield is highlighting its drive solutions for large track-driven equipment. The CT65, CT90 and CT130 Torque-Hub drives provide maximum output torque ratings of 65,000 Nm, 90,000 Nm or 130,000 Nm and a choice of gear reduction ratios from 70:1 up to 147:1. These triple planetary drive solutions extend the range of Fairfield’s commercially successful final drives into larger mobile equipment applications including excavators, track-driven trenchers, drilling machines, tool carriers and cranes.
