SAE Electronic Systems for Vehicle Propulsion and Intelligent Vehicle Systems Symposium is a "multi-track" event focused on engien, transmission and intelligent vehicle system development. The symposioum focuses not only on the development of these systems but also the effect they have on development of electronic technologies within vehicles.

Consisting of keynote addresses, panel discussions and technical presentations, the goal of the symposium is to create a more sustainable system of vehicle transportation.

Symposium Tracks

Track 1: Convergence of Electronic Systems for Vehicle Propulsion

This track looks at trends, challenges and solutions of electronic systems controlling vehicle propulsion. Controls of internal combustion engines, transmission and drivelines as well as xEV applications and electrification will be covered.

Track 2: Convergence of Intelligent Vehicle Systems

In this track, attendees will discuss the entire electronic infrastructure connecting HEV, EV and ICE vehicles to their environment. Among the discussion topics will be a focus on the application of vehicle electronics technology in safety, intelligent transportation systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, power system architecture and more.
