A significant addition to the DEUTZ-FAHR family and a major step forward in the full line, with the C9000 Series in the spotlight. A theme for machines flying the flag for efficiency, with major technical innovations, reduced emissions and increased comfort in the cab.

There are four models: the C9205 TS and C9206 TS with five and six straw walkers, alongside hill models C9205 TSB and C9206 TSB with the slope compensation balance system (20% lateral and 6% longitudinal slope). Equipped with a new adjustable rear axle and 4WD traction, with the proven and exclusive Anti-Skid system to guarantee maximum productivity on all work terrains.

A Mercedes engine (6R1000 T4F, 7.7 L) to ensure top working performance, with 260 kW (354 hp) engine power for the C9205 and 290 kW (395 hp) for the C9206. The Stage IV emissions regulations (Tier 4 Final) are respected thanks to the EGR valve and SCR technology with AdBlue, which together drastically reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxide (NOx), one of the main polluting substances created by the combustion process.

In addition, the pioneering, exclusive construction technique of the machine, characterized by transmissions on both sides of the engine, ensures reliability and efficiency.

All models come equipped with the high-performance cutting table, now also available in the 9-meter version. The one-piece construction, the Autocontrol device and the Schumacher Easy Cut II system ensure safety in all conditions, allowing for a uniform cut with reduced wear and increased fuel savings.

The range of possible uses of the C9000 is extended by the VARICROP bars with expanding platform, with 70 cm depth increase steps and available in versions measuring 5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 m.

In addition to the Maxi-Crop threshing system and the exclusive concave with adjustable sections, the hydraulic feed passage inversion system and the Extra Feeding supply system (along with other specifics) also stand out. The exclusive electro-hydraulic bearing regulation system on the cutting table completes the range of leading-edge equipment on the machine - all designed with a view to delivering a continuous and uniform feed to the threshing components. With regard to septation capacity, performance is optimized by the Maxi-Crop system and by the long straw walker. Cereal cleaning and integrity are guaranteed by other exclusive proven DEUTZ-FAHR devices, including the grain pan with two-step removable sections, the turbo-ventilator, the wide sieves and the DGR (Double Grain Return) recovery system on each side of the machine.

The high visibility driver's cab is perfectly integrated into the exclusive design, with an array of lights and mirrors with dual-reflectors and electric adjustment. The soft, welcoming driver and passenger seats come equipped with a capacious 21 L integrated thermo cooler, offering maximum comfort and convenience during long working days. The soft, anti-dust coverings are ideally suited to the needs of the most demanding operators. The steering wheel and column are designed for optimum ergonomics and safe driving in the field and on the road.

The new commander stick with integrated functions for bar control, clutch auto-control, pick-up reel control and adjustment, drainage tube activation and opening, and safety button for stopping the threshing components, is a ground-breaking example of ergonomics and practicality.

Furthermore, the new CCM (consisting of a color monitor built into the command console) allows the operator to monitor and regulate the threshing section quickly and easily, both with the intuitive touchscreen and with the handy physical buttons, for the best comfort even while working.

The pre-set screens for road transport or field work are designed to ensure the right information is always visible, whatever the situation.

Innovative and intelligent, the new CCM (Commander Control Management) can be personalized by the user. Settings can be saved for every type of product and plot of land, thereby reducing the time needed to prepare the combine harvester at the beginning of the day.

Finally, the new machine also provides efficient solutions for day-to-day and unscheduled maintenance, with easy, quick access to the transmissions and other key points of the machine.

Every detail of the new DEUTZ-FAHR combine harvester has been designed to last, and to offer the best with every harvest. Selecting the C9000 Series means being able to count on a machine where every function is designed with an eye to optimum efficiency and productivity.
