Bosch Rexroth has further developed the individual components of the LUDV flow sharing system with the aim of significantly improving the performance of compact excavators while at the same time increasing fuel efficiency.
- Combines RS12 control block with a revised version of the A7VO variable displacement pump for improved efficiency and operator comfort
- Individual axles are assigned different speeds and directions of movement for improved workflows
- Features one variable displacement pump, reducing the number of components and cost of of system
- Initial testing shows 10% increase in power output while using 8% less fuel
- Axial piston pump is suitable for pressures of up to 350 bar
- RS12 control block's internal channels help reduce chances of pressure drops
- Four-way control system, based on a closed system, can be adjusted to meet changing requirements more quickly than conventional six-way valves
- MCR-X radial piston motor provides consistent performance at low speeds and a low level of operating noise
