AGCO Corp. has announced a series of executive leadership changes designed to align its management team with the company's PTx growth strategy. Effective Aug. 1, 2026, Damon Audia has transitioned from his role as chief financial officer (CFO) to become the president of PTx & Corporate Strategy.

In this new capacity, Audia oversees AGCO’s precision agriculture business as well as enterprise strategy and transformation teams. Audia, who joined AGCO as CFO in 2022, also serves as the chairman of the PTx Trimble Joint Venture Board. According to the company, the corporate strategy function will now move under the PTx umbrella to support precision technology as a primary growth lever.

Succeeding Audia as senior vice president and chief financial officer is Indira Agarwal. Agarwal joined AGCO in 2024 as vice president and chief accounting officer. In her previous role, she focused on financial reporting, internal controls and the company's transformation efforts regarding structural profitability and M&A. Agarwal will continue to lead the accounting organization as chief accounting officer while AGCO conducts a search for a successor.

Brian Sorbe, who served as president of PTx, has decided to step away from the company to focus on other personal and professional priorities.

Agarwal has more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, business integration and regulatory compliance. Prior to AGCO, she held leadership positions at HF Sinclair Corp., Cardtronics and Direct Energy.

Audia’s career includes senior finance roles at Kennametal, Carpenter Technology Corp. and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., as well as leadership positions at Delphi Corp. and General Motors. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
