John Deere
John Deere has announced plans to bring back more than 375 employees across its Quad Cities factory operations. In total, the company has brought back or hired more than 800 employees across Iowa and Illinois since January.
The company will return 150 employees to Seeding and Cylinder Operations in Moline and approximately 225 employees to Harvester Works in East Moline. The additional workforce will help build dealer inventory ahead of upcoming planting and harvest cycles, support long-term operational planning, and position the company to continue serving customers through all operating environments, including future labor negotiations.
